Sambut HUT RI, Danrem Gandeng Pemuka Agama Kota Serang
SERANG,(Gerbang Banten) – Komandan Resor Militer (Danrem) 064 Maulana Yusuf Banten mengumpulkan pemuka Agama dari Islam, Kristen, Katholik, Hindu, Budha dan Konghucu yang ada di Kota Serang di Markas Korem 064/MY, Senin (14/08).
Danrem 064/ Maulana Yusuf, Kolonel Czi Ito Hediarto mengatakan, dikumpulkannya para pemuka agama tersebut, dalam rangka menyambut hari kemerdekaan RI untuk melakukan doa bersama yang akan dilakukan pada pukul 17 Agustus 2017, pukul 17.00 WIB.
“Ada rencana dari TNI akan berdoa bersama ditanggal 17 jam 17.00, ini hanya momentum saja, bukan berarti kalau tidak ada jam itu kita tidak berdoa, tapi kita ingin sampaikan kepada seluruhnya bahwa Indonesia bersatu padu, solid, penuh dengan toleransi, patuh bergama dan tidak bisa diganggu,” kata Ito kepada awak media.
Ito menjelaskan, Indonesia saat ini diancam oleh berbagai macam bahaya, diantaranya bahaya narkoba, terorisme dan tindakan kriminal lainnya dan bukan hanya ancaman perang mengangkat senjata.
“Tujuannya berdoa demi keamanan dan kesejahteraan Indonesia. Kita mengajak untuk kembali ke fitrah agama kita masing-masing, semua agama pasti mengajarkan kebaikan, agar diberikan kekuatan untuk tidak terjerumus kearah yang negatif,” jelasnya
Ito juga mengungkapkan, kegiatan tersebut akan dilaksanakan secara serentak dari tingkat pusat hingga daerah-daerah, bahkan sampai tingkat kecamatan, yakni Koramil.
“Untuk yang beragama Islam, di Masjid Agung At-Tsaurah, Agama Kristen Khatolik/ Protestan di GKI dan Gereja Raya, Agama Hindu di Group 1 Koppasus dan Budha di Kasemen, intinya satu, kita berdoa bersama untuk Indonesia dan Kota Serang khususnya,” pungkasnya. (Charles)
