Polres Lebak Berhasil Menangkap Tiga Pengguna Narkoba.
Lebak Gerbang Banten- Tiga pengguna narkoba yang berinisial Aja alias Pendul (32),warga Pasir Degung, Desa Kaduagung Tengah, Kecamatan Cibadak, Kabupaten Lebak, Ah alias Ebok (37) warga Btn Pepabri Bojong leles, Kecamatan Cibadak, dan Ahy alias Adi (37) warga Btn Depag, Kelurahan Muara Ciujung Timur, Kecamatan Rangkas bitung, Kabupaten Lebak, berhasil diciduk anggota polisi polres Lebak didua lokasi yang berbeda, pada jum’at (14/7), sekitar pukul 11.30 Wib
Aj alias Pendul berhasil ditangkap disebuah rumah kosan yang berlokasi dikampung Dukuh, Kelurahan Rangkasbitung Barat, Kecamatan Rangkasbitung, Kabupaten Lebak, dari hasil penangkapan tersangka Aja, polisi telah berhasil mengamankan sejumlah barang bukti berupa satu buah plastik berwarna hitam, yang berisikan 15 bungkus plastik bening berisi cristal putih yang diduga narkotika golongan 1 jenis Sabu-Sabu dengan berat 4.58 gram yang didapat dibawah tempat tidur tersangka.
Sedangkan kedua tersangka lainnya berhasil diciduk oleh jajaran Res Narkoba Polres Lebak didepan Alfamart simpang Kaduagung pada hari yang sama.
“Ketiga tersangka kita tangkap dan kita amankan didua lokasi yang berbeda pada hari itu juga jum’at, dan dari hasil pengembangan atas penangkapan tersangka Aja alias Pendul, menjuruslah kedua tersangka yakni Ah dan Ahy, ketika kita tangkap dan kita geledah kita mendapatkan barang bukti dari kedua tersangka berupa satu buah plastik yang berisikan bubuk kristal putih yang diduga kuat Narkotika jenis sabu-sabu,”kata Ipda Malik Abraham Kaur Bin Narkoba Polres Lebak pada expose narkoba diruangannya, jum’at (21/7/2017).
Sementara itu, para tersangka segera kita amankan untuk dapat diproses sesuai dengan undang-undang yang berlaku.
“Untuk ketiga tersangka ini kita terapkan pasal 112 ayat (1) junto 114 ayat (1) atau 127 ayat (1) huruf (a) Undang-Undang RI No 35 Tahun 1999 tentang Narkotika dengan ancaman hukuman minimal 4 tahun kurungan penjara” paparnya.(Sd)
