Pada pelantikan Kamabigus MTs Nurul Falah Pasir Gemuh, Sopyan Al Ansori S. Pd.I mengamanatkan bahwa, Menjadi Pramuka bukan hal yang membebani ataupun membosankan. Tetapi, menjadi Pramuka sejati harus selalu riang dan penuh semangat dalam melaksanakan tugas-tugasnya. Katanya disela pelantikan
Melalui kegiatan Pramuka jelas Sopyan, Kalian dapat menumbuh kembangkan jiwa kewiraan dan kemandirian. Berani membela kebenaran dan menjadi pribadi yang mandiri sehingga harus melepaskan dari keegoisan, menerapkan suka bermusyawarah dan bekerja sama.
“Dengan bermusyawarah dan bekerja sama suatu tugas akan lebih mudah dan cepat selesai. Banggalah menjadi Pramuka dengan selalu menjaga kode etik Pramuka sesuai prinsip gerakan Pramuka”. Himbaunya
