Dialog Ala Sachrudin dalam Percepatan Pengerjaan Jalan Sisi Mookervart
Pasca kunjungan Wakil Wali Kota Tangerang, Sachrudin, pekan lalu, ke perusahaan-perusahaan yang terkena proyek pengerjaan sisi jalan selatan Sungai Mookervart di sepanjang Jalan Daan Mogot, turut berdampak positif pada percepatan pengerjaannya.
Seperti halnya yang disampaikan oleh Sigit, selaku pihak kontraktor (PT. Moderna Teknik Perkasa).
Menurutnya, setelah kunjungan Wakil Wali Kota minggu lalu, sangat berdampak positif pada progres pengerjaannya. Melalui dialog yang dibangun oleh Pemkot Tangerang yang dipimpin langsung oleh pak wakil beserta jajaran terkait, 16 perusahaan yang terkena proyek tersebut, beberapa sudah menyerahkan lahannya untuk dilakukan pengerjaan.
Kami pun, lanjutnya, segera menindaklanjutinya, dengan mulai melakukan pengerjaan. Seperti di lokasi depan PT. Multi Bintang Indonesia (MBI).
“Alat berat (Eskavator), sudah berada di lokasi dan tengah dilakukan pengerjaan,” jelasnya seusai Rapat Percepatan Pengerjaan Jalan Sisi Selatan Mookervart, yang digelar di Ruang Kerja Wakil Wali Kota Tangerang, Kamis (10/08).
Adapun hasil diskusi hari ini, tutur Sigit, seperti kesediaan PT. Tatung Budi Indonesia, pabrik plastik serta PT. Era Prima, tentunya juga akan segera kami eksekusi, sehingga target waktu pengerjaan hingga Januari 2018, dapat tercapai.
“Dengan upaya keras yang dilakukan Pemkot Tangerang dan respon perusahaan-perusahaan yang cukup kooperatif dalam dialog, kami tambah semangat dan diharapkan pengerjaannya dapat selesai tepat waktu, ” ungkapnya.
Sementara itu, Sachrudin, menyampaikan, Pemkot kembali duduk bareng bersama perusahaan-perusahaan yang lahannya terkena proyek. Hal ini dilakukan sebagai upaya percepatan dan tentunya kami ingin selalu membiasakan dalam menyelesaikan setiap persoalan dengan berdialog dari hati ke hati dan mencari solusi jalan tengah. Dengan turut menghadirkan pihak terkait seperti kontraktor, Badan Pertanahan Negara Kota Tangerang, perusahaan-perusahaan, serta jajaran organisasi perangkat daerah terkait di lingkup Pemkot Tangerang.
Pada prinsipnya, tegas Sachrudin, setiap proyek yang dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah pusat maupun daerah, dalam rangka memberikan pelayanan terbaik dan kemudahan akses bagi masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, untuk mewujudkannya dibutuhkan kerjasama dan kontribusi nyata dari setiap pihak yang terlibat didalamnya.
Ia juga mengucapkan terima kasih, atas kesediaan perusahaan-perusahaan yang telah sangat kooperatif dan mau menyerahkan lahannya untuk segera dilakukan pengerjaan sisi jalan selatan Sungai Mookervart ini.
“Proyek jalan ini, untuk kepentingan dan keuntungan bersama. Jadi kita harus sama-sama berkorban. Kami harap, upaya perusahaan yang telah kooperatif juga bisa segera diikuti perusahaan lainnya dipertemuan selanjutnya,” tuturnya dihadapan perwakilan perusahaan-perusahaan yang hadir seraya menambahkan, dengan adanya Jalan Daan Mogot ‘2” ini tentunya akan turut manambah kapasitas jalan sehingga diharapkan akan turut mengurai kepadatan lalu lintas di Jalan Daan Mogot, dari Kota Tangerang maupun menuju DKI Jakarta.
