Ini alasan mengapa kita merasa pusing saat puasa.
1. Tekanan darah yang turun
Saat tekanan darah turun, kamu jadi limbung atau tidak seimbang. Puasa memang bisa menurunkan tekanan darah. Ada baiknya jika memilih makanan-makanan sehat dan kaya nutrisi saat buka dan sahur agar tekanan darah bisa stabil.
2. Turunnya kadar gula darah
Hipoglikemia atau turunnya kadar gula darah saat puasa wajar terjadi karena tubuh tidak mendapat asupan karbohidrat dan gula dalam waktu tertentu. Sedangkan otak butuh asupan glukosa untuk bekerja secara optimal. Atasi dengan makan makanan manis saat sahur sehingga kebutuhan glukosa otak tetap tercukupi.
3. Dehidrasi
Kurangnya minum saat berbuka dan sahur bisa membuatmu dehidrasi. Dan ketika tubuh kurang cairan, salah satu efeknya adalah otak tak bisa berfungsi secara optimal dan timbul rasa pusing.
4. Pecandu kopi sebelum puasa
Jika kamu suka minum kopi setiap hari bahkan lebih dari 3 cangkir per hari, pasti kamu bakal pusing seharian. Efek candu dari kafein sangat tak sehat untuk otak. Namun tubuh akan mulai terbiasa dan efek kecanduan serta pusing akan berangsur berkurang jika kamu juga mengurangi konsumsi minuman berkafein.
5. Anemia
Kurangnya zat besi bisa membuatmu pusing dan bahkan pingsan. Selalu berbuka dan sahur dengan makanan kaya zat besi agar tidak pusing saat puasa.
6. Gangguan sinus
Jika kamu sedang flu atau pilek, gangguan sinus bisa mengganggu keseimbangan tubuh sehingga terkadang kamu mengalami kepala pening dan pusing. Bahkan jika kamu menundukkan kepala dan mengangkat kepalamu.
